I'm A Former Real Estate Agent who Now Work as A Nurse and SMALL INVESTOR / Property Owner..

(They applied under my name in order to comply with privacy code).Mrs tenant is a nurse and Mr is a quantity surveyor for a Government owned company.

I currently work as the Director of HR at a skilled nursing facility in Utah while moonlighting my small business on the side.

This facility is already operating with a good reputation, the operators wife is also a nurse!

I did a little digging and found the beneficiaries of the trust, one was in a nursing home with dementia.

My grandmother-in-law is moving to a nursing home very soon and my in-laws are planning on putting her house on the market.

Come November, in my experience, demand takes a nosedive, so starting in mid-September, I'd post the room on Craigslist for a 3-6 month lease starting in November and try to get a traveling nurse/business person in there for the slow months. 

But currently im a home health nurse so i have to have a reliabke vehicle plus the way my loan was with "taxes and tags" i now owe 15000 still on a car only worth 9000 or so.

MOrris on his marketing materials touts that doctors and nurses  are living in these homes and that C and D are easier to manage than A because these folks are just thankful for a home and less work..
