Also, there are not MASSIVE differences between flipping and holding...it's not rocket science.

I am very new to this industry but it fascinates me!

Real estate is something that has always fascinated me.

It's also productive fun- I also like hobbies where I make things (knitting, sewing, cooking, fixing up things around the house, etc), but the sense of accomplishment at the end of spending 4 weeks solid knitting a scarf is not nearly as... well, fun... as spending that four weeks putting together a deal.And once you stop needing the money to live on, it starts going to interesting projects and things you care about- I try to donate money to science research I find interesting, but tends to get ignored by the big grant institutions- I could happily, happily, spend $100 million on that and never get bored.

It looks really modern and sharp and obviously its been working for Danny but im just curious about the science behind it?

I guess it's silly of me to think of doing my first investment property from auction, but I can't help but feel fascinated by this house.  

I'm fascinated by this type of investing and appreciate any insight. 

I have always had a very entrepreneurial spirit and am fascinated with Real Estate Investing.

I find it fascinating that 90% of the bank owned homes i check out do not have toilets in them.
