We actually own and operate a high-end luxury home cleaning business.We hired professional cleaners upon move-out & also had the carpets professionally cleaned at 6 months living there and again upon move-out and used proper chemicals and a professional power washer to clean any oil stains from the driveway we may have caused with our old work vehicle.Our landlord charged us the following odd, ridiculous charges:$3.33 To empty out the ice from the freezer ice maker $1.08 To screw a lightbulb in the bathroom vanity$30.00 To remove a nice black metal paper towel holder we had put in the kitchen cabinet$6.67 To fill and paint a tiny minuscule hole barely visible to the naked eye in the kitchen pantry door$3.00 For a smoke detector battery$3.33 To remove a small piece of duct tape from a wall switch in the kitchen we had placed there because every time someone flipped the switch accidentally it would turn the dishwasher off.

My girlfriend and I kind of got a good laugh because the first thing we saw was the junk car sitting on the lawn with trash bags taped over the busted windows.

@Wayne Brooks is correct on pricing for the most part, you have to watch the prices and unless you are the absolute only one with access to the bank and no one else is looking at the tape from this bank you may get that pricing.  

How much should I expect in renovation cost and permit red tape to convert a section into an ADU.  

Plus there is all the red tape in dealing with the 203k!

Due to loads of red tape in getting deals done in this part of the world, she is struggling to manage cash flow in terms of when she expects pay out’s both for rentals and sales.

@Matt Skog Yes you can get delinquent notes in Minnesota although to be honest I don't see many on any tapes I get.

It's much easier for them to do seminars and speaking engagements and sell books and tapes then it is to procure a deal !

You could have a drywall finisher tape all of them and texture or skim the walls and I bet 90% of them wouldn't come back.
