We learned on Saturday that the seller did not know where she was going to live after the sale so we told our realtor to let her know we would just let her rent the place until she found other accommodations.

But I have only had 1 Unit change hands, and the move in/out was all back to back and all the cleaning agencies wouldnt accommodate the time line.

Any commercial lender or hard money lender should be able to accommodate.

But if you are in the city next to a theme park let's say, then you are probably going to do better with 1 master with bath, a bedroom that can accommodate a queen/king and then a few bedrooms for kids.  

For example, entire schools were built to accommodate the booming population, only to have the jobs dry up several years later, leaving them with schools that had entire empty classrooms (anyone in the Dakotas will have good input on this as well). 

These also seem to update periodically as opposed to a non-diamond note which would have to be manually updated by the Seller for balance and date changes, if any.Usually making a request for any trailing item on a Diamond Note can be accommodated by the Seller within minutes or the Admin's can load the requested item onto the exchange with Seller's approval.  

I've been to a few of the real estate meet ups in town and they have all been informative and accommodating to newbies.
