This seems like an incredibly unusual circumstance.

I was informed by a few lawyers that this type of LLC has not been seriously tested in the court of law so they are uncertain as if it will add additional protection or not.

A trusted name with a quotable phrase would add credibility to an unusual (around here) strategy that I'm looking at.

When more than one person applies, I combine their scores for an overall score and approval/denial.This is important because it's not unusual to have friends or a dating couple with two vastly different backgrounds.

Also, I could be off on a limb here, but you could also end up being the one landlord with a room for rent for the odd med student needing one at an unusual time of year.
