If it's not, get a part time job doing something you are more interested in to supplement your income instead of letting being a realtor drain you and take away your time to spend with your kids.This is a great problem to have and I hope to have it someday!

I would just come right out with it...You meaning your realtor only acts with your authority and anything else is breaching contract...I'm not good at sugar coating it...But I say what I am trying to say directly and move on.

I agree with the gentleman that stated that they probably use the education piece to supplement what they cant get when market is slow and that you are basically helping them find deals.
