I have fixed mine multiple times as the fuses kept blowing (it's holding now...I just know I can't dry one shirt or whatever, it has to be a full load).

I provide all of my tenants with a stack of printed addressed envelopes (I bought 1k of them for under $100 ) so all they have to do is put a stamp on it an mail it or hand it to the person at the counter at the pack and ship store and they know where it goes.

Wow, some wild ideas in this thread.Forget state law, federal law, you can't discriminate on sources of funds BECAUSE they come from government sources, welfare. food stamps, Sec 8, grants for housing allowances, military housing` allowance, etc.Then you get into allowable rents that may be paid under Sec 8, the household income is computed, with the voucher amount, the can't pay more than 33% of gross income (I believe it's still 33%).The rent that can be charged is not effected, unless you have rental controls from other regulations.

You should have the front desk make the copies and when she bookkeeper makes the deposit - initially or stamp the copy with the date of the deposit.

As far as the architect is concerned....I did the drawings myself, by hand, and then had structural plans made/stamped off those so I can't fathom spending 30k on a simple ADU.
