He tells me he couldnt find a buyer for the shed I let him put there .  

In my house rules addendum, I just stated that the garage and the shed in the backyard are "NOT COMMON AREAS."

I was also under the impression that most lenders will take 75% of rents to qualify the borrower if the property is not seasoned.If anybody could shed some light on this topic, that would be great.Thanks in advance!

I know guys who have turned outdoor sheds into work spaces which is a cheaper alternative to an office if you have the room in your yard.An office tends to be more about looks than function in the lower end most of us play in.
