But I can get a Mass Mutual policy paying a 6.7% dividend or an IUL that should earn 7-8% on the cash value. 7% plus 10.75% is 17.75%, which is a greater return than the 15% cash on cash return I would have made if I invested directly.

:)I've not seen that but for many, if it's not illegal it should be :) Mail a letter to the property owners owning the 4 houses in a row, then it's a mass mailing.

On one hand, I may think that it would scare away people who are afraid of being put on another mass email list, but on the other hand, I guess it would weed out the people who weren't serious anyway, and get you the emails of those who are serious.

By the way , Thanks for the input guys, every since 2011 when the judge over turned that ruling, the ambulance chaser have been coming out of the wood works and i get mailings to my house from lawyers doing mass mailings asking me if i have resided in a residence where lead my have been present.My father , whenever he buys a property, he guts it completely and has the xrays done so he doesn't have to deal with it .

On the down side, you can't turn the switch on and off like you can B2C campaigns where direct marketing to the consumer (owner) is done with direct mail (target marketing) or less-exact mass media (TV, radio, etc.).
