Everything else is either 1) a corollary of a core principle or 2) noise and artificial barriers to entry.While I certainly appreciate being scrappy and hustling and trying to get into deals with nothing, it's just not something I'm interested in doing.

(Yet the immediate traffic flow made more noise). 

Honestly some background noise with the kids running around or something won't hurt.

I know that feeling well and its a real turning point for many of us in the wholesaling business.It took me a year of grinding to get my first deal and that is probably on the long end but it was due to very inconsistent methods.

perhaps I should knock on Murry's door & see if he wants to sell.maybe I can score a deal from a landlord who is tired of the grind.

Final noise came "Well Sir, Sorry you live in Rhode Island and buying houses in Rhode Island...

The removal and stump grind is $1900 (market rent of the house is $700).  

We pull our own permits and GC everything with our project manager running the day to day grind.
