Otherwise its the same company, intuit, performing the same transaction. maybe you can put "recurring electronic payment" as a requirement in your lease and start with sparkrent and test different services as necessary so it doesn't contain brand specific requirements in the lease should you need to change it.

Once complete, the forms can be printed or sent to the borrower electronically ... or, better yet, the borrower could be invited to log into the system and provide his/her information to complete the {virtual}paperwork.

So an out of state person would not meet our criteria due to that. ie, We don't accept any type of electronic transactions, ACH or take bank checks or money orders.
