I know all about hustle: I woke/wake up at 4:00 a.m. to exercise every morning, ate/eat a very healthy diet all while I worked 3 jobs during my last year of high school (2 jobs since the age of 16) and saved every penny to buy myself a car with cash and begin saving.

You can talk to people here who have 50 units in a D (drugs, crime) area, and love it and make great money doing it.

F to me equals war zone ..ex:Shootings open drug deals and break ins ..That being said I’d agree a lot of people getting into real estate go for these places without the knowledge or fortitude and fail and or regret it big time .
