We will then address the interior by updating the kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and countertops where needed; updating the bathroom with new vanities and showers where needed; and the bedrooms and common areas with updated flooring or carpets and paint.

maybe put a section on the forum for do it yourselfers . a place someone can go ask question that they are having with a project . maybe some of us have been through . not with purchising houses part lets say how to cut a counter top to repalce a fit in the counter top stove to a regular floor stove and etc...

Hi @Idowu Babalola, if you are finding difficulty finding multifamily properties and can stomach the crumbs that roommates leave on the countertop, your initial idea of house hacking is definitely worth it.
