Hello just curiosity you are located at a different city than the op so you probably don't have access to MLS on the op's city.

I personally would want to see the place out of curiosity and the price of course would be nice to know. 

If it is inviting and comforting in the front, it triggers curiosity to view inside the house and you don't have to spend a lot of money.
