After spending a year researching and learning about real state I finally pulled the trigger and need help trying to figure out what to do with a property that I just got into contract in the portland SE area.

It's a complicated defense(as in costly) and pro se isn't the way to win on his part.If your lease expressly forbids pets, Post a three day quit notice, then on day four.... show up with a leash and collar, put the animals into cages, and remove them. 

In GA you can serve "by publication" on the Se.

I knew of a couple of things se mtgs, but not all of them or their times.

Friend doesn't have an equitable interest in the property per se, but if your facts are accurate he has claims that would be based in equity and should be pursued.

The Hudson River is an attraction for towns like Kingston, Saugerties (think Woodstock), Hudson, not lakes per se, but a major draw for city folk. 

I live in SE Wisconsin.

To be honest, I am not  committed to the wholesale genre just yet per se--my preference could change as I learn more.
