Since then, she's been quite demanding; she wants to paint, change light fixtures, argue with my plans for the garden, have community meetings on my property, fill my garage with daily purchases from Amazon and then ask ME if I want HER to make space for my stuff, and recently, she has been calling the city to complain about the noise (we live on a busy street).

Pay for a new lock and don't haggle for a few dollars and don't waste time arguing about why the lock is broke.One reason tenants rent is because they don't want to own properties and they don't want to have to worry about repairs.
