Make it worthwhile to pay online.  

Just wondering why it seems like such a big deal.Thanks all.PS - This week I found what looks to be a really dumpy mutli-family property near a local university that I am analyzing on the BRRRR Calc to find what the best buy price would be and it would seem I could potentially make it a worthwhile purchase.

If your considering out of market investing as well taking some time to analyze multiple markets could be worth while as well.

I saw some suggestions but never saw any follow ups on whether they were worthwhile or not.

I always thought it would be more trouble than it's worth, but maybe the tax deductions would make it worthwhile.

Sometimes trading equity for experience and a guarantee the sale will close efficiently is a worthwhile sacrifice.

Alex, Shifting to real estate may not be as easy as it looks but its a worthwhile endeavor to venture on.

As I read up on bankruptcy law (I'm a lawyer, but have never done bankruptcy), it occurs to me that it may be worthwhile getting the judgment against Jeremy even if he tries to have me discharged as a creditor in bankruptcy.
