I have one that is more specifically geared toward property/lead due diligence.  

I'm gearing up my marketing machine, and will be targeting Divorce Proceedings and Probate.

The reality is a lot goes into gearing for success prior to the intitial letter, postcard, zip, bandit sign call or car wrap head turn. 

These are mostly geared toward startups, but you may meet one or two people who also invest in real estate. 

In a world in which Realtors represented an actual service industry, instead of a profit maximizing semi monopoly with PR and lobbyist to try to convince the public otherwise, and political contributions geared to the interests of sustaining their interests, wholesalers opportunity for profits would be very limited.  

Certainly we want to ask permission however once a prospect calls you you should be sending back the information geared to that prospect.If they are a seller send seller messages and not just text or live calls.

I manage my own units and do heavy development and small to large deals.So for me a lot of the REI specific contact managers seem more geared to wholeselling.

All negatively geared costing me $150 to $250/mo each (about $1,200 a month in total) but in 6-8 years the mortgage is paid down enough so they are cash flow positive by about $250/ea per month.My problem is I cannot afford (monthly cash flow wise) to keep buying another negatively geared property or I will have to get a 2nd job! 

Nothing else, and the number was blocked so I couldnt even take him off the list.I know that everyone says we as wholesalers need to take these kind of calls with a grain of salt, but man this call really grinds my gears.
