Not knowing what a property is worth may lead to an offer that is too high.This is a good concept, and I did the opposite when I was photographing weddings.

Higher-end clients also typically don't mind paying a premium for better quality and aren't as "budget-minded", they just want to work with someone who is professional, fits their image of a luxury agent, has experience selling value over price, and has the best chance of getting them top dollar for their property. 

There's  a fair amount of Section 8 but there are very high community image standards in the city.

@Bonnie LowI just did some rever imaging on her website and every picture is a stock photo, even the one that says “current properties available”.

I am interested in learning the business of event/ wedding spaces.

When you see one or two of these from a company, the image you have of that company kind of, you know..drops.
