My suggestion would be to use a weed wacker first, then use a pressure washer to clean the pavers and cracks, followed by a run thru with a “weed paver tool” (looks like a wire brush on the end of a broom handle).

Here it is becoming more common to run a dimpled membrane (like Delta MS or SuperSeal) from drain/footing to grade (or just above) .. sometimes in combination with a roll/brush on coating.

For a soft landing it seems like we need to quickly see wages/job growth/consumer spending to get reigned in fast.

I use it to kill bugs, put it in my face wash, brush my teeth for coffee stains, and have also taken it to detox.

Just be mindful if you are originating a construction loan, a bank that lends up to 80% LTC often means 80% of acquisition price, soft costs, settlement costs and interest payments.

Men have no idea what it is like to have to think of safety every day--not living in fear, just a thing women have to do, like brushing your teeth.  

I would not have the uncle manage it because the reason it's going up for taxes is that he is very soft on late rents, evicting poor tenants, etc.

Instead, I filter interested buyers by requesting POF and a soft verbal offer.

I think you'd be surprised how much just some basic soft goods like furniture and sofas help with that kind of Noise though, so if both unit are currently vacant I am willing to bet it sounds much worse than when people will actually live there and have curtains and carpets etc.

To put it as softly as possible, if you are able to find a duplex in a city nearby or even another state then you can move cities or states.
