Hey BP,This is somewhat of an obscure topic, but I am confident that someone out there has come across this before and can shed some light:Subject property has a duplex, cell phone antenna tower AND utility company poles on the lot.  

That way, you can build that unpermitted shed in the easement you didn't know anything about.

Can someone shed some light on the details involved in obtaining a loan, be it from a bank or private lender or some other source unfamiliar to me?

I had a quick question I wanted to ask and see if anyone could shed some light on the topic.

Say only 17% of condominiums are being offered for rent, then the 1.7% vacancy, among all condominiums - owner occupied and those being offered for rent - is really 10% of those condominiums being rented.Big difference between a 10% vacancy rate and 1.7%.Maybe I'm just late coming to this realization, but its the only way I can make the oft quoted vacancy rate jive with the numbers produced in CMHC's Condominium Owner's Survey (COS) report and other sources.Perhaps those of you in the Big Smoke might be able to shed a little light on the above measurement of vacancy for condominiums ...

I've had to call the cops numerous times to get the bums out of the shed on the property and good luck on getting decent renters down there.

Prices have been increasing in the neighborhood, but I don't really know if I'm better off sitting this one out or what.Does anyone have experience in the Denver Heights neighborhood or East-Side San Antonio that could shed some light on whether this is a good area for appreciation or let me know if my numbers are off?

I'm wondering if anyone has experience doing this and can shed some more light on it.  

The bylaws of the association may shed some light on who's responsible.
