Rentlinx is a great site.As far as the PM rejecting applicants, I've found that many of them rely on a credit score, which doesn't always tell the entire story.

The only negative experience I actually have is where I make an offer on a listed property, only to have my offer rejected because I was outbid, then the next day I have a wholesaler trying to sell me the same deal a price that makes no sense.

@Joe B.Omitting that the renter was not paying full market rent, and had been doing so for a lengthy period of time would be considered an omission, as it was a known fact, and was intentionally left out, as it would have been detrimental to the deal (in this case, a rejection of the deal, and withdrawal of the offer).
