@Justin BearceYou can’t borrow 100% and use an FHA loan.You can get a gift from a family member with the stipulation that you don’t have to pay it back and that it won’t cause financial harm to them.If your friend is going to lend you money the bank won’t go for that because you’ll be essentially 100%.Also.

Often if you have a valid reason for taking some action other than playing games, they'll likely buy it, depends on how good your initial reason was or is, especially if there is no harm and done well. :)

Can't read through the post to comprehend what is being asked, think you "know" what you obviously don't, think you are "morally correct" and need to chime in when you have nothing of substance to add to the main question asked, are cynical and quick to pass judgement on someone you don't know and have no clue of their situation and on top of that you show that your intention on chiming in was purely to be an instigator and keep ganging and passing judgement.
