Is there an elementary school in easy reach?

I am about 85% completed but issues keep coming up (storm knocked the gutters down and seems there is extreme leaking coming from the front foundation) Starting with 130k cash in the bank to now close to nothing in cash, and having a hard time finding a Carpenter to work behind the shady contractor who staged my house.

I don’t want to pay for professional staging or organizing services. 

How important are the local Elementary, Middle, and High Schools to you when you're looking at Buy & Hold / Flip properties?

I'm still in the "eduction" stage of my investing career, but I have over three years of superintendent experience on both residential and commercial projects. 

I am in the beginning stages of buying an apartment building and I am going to begin calling a variety of banks for financing options. 

On a $300,000 house that's $3,000 to fix up the house for sale by painting, front landscaping, staging - this cost more than $3,000 in my state of Massachusetts!

I listened to a bunch of audiobooks , podcast, first hand stories, etc pretty much got a good sense of the strategy I want to take Im just caught up just in the information overload stage I just want to know what to do once I have the 30k at hand and ready to go.
