I am continuing to build my investor network by hosting meetups & BBQ's in Austin, working with my network to develop referrals and building an online brand with a website, newsletter and podcast to follow. 

NACHA is the organization that manages the development, administration, and governance of the ACH Network, the backbone for the electronic movement of money and data in the United States and is funded by the financial institutions it governs.

If they do show up, maybe ask the parents to allow them to use a electronic device to entertain them during the viewing.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Do you generally publish newsletters or anything else of that nature?

This works great since I live close but I am working on getting electronic payments set up for the future.

Given that the purchase of some high-priced goods (houses, cars, electronics, etc) don't generally scale linearly as family sizes increase, this analysis is MUCH more complicated than you're making it out to be.
