@John Barrows,If as you say she was the listing agent for the property, she would have been entering into a dual agency situation once she presented the property to the OP.

Currently, I'm either interested in somehow investing in a rental property in Colorado, most likely a low cost single-family home, or a New York apartment, probably a low cost co-op (it seems like it's the only thing available that I can afford out in NY).Could anyone provide me with any starting points or guidance so I can properly start my due diligence for either one of my strategies, being:Investing in an out of state rental property in Colorado.Investing in a rental co-op in a low income NY neighborhood.
