A month after she had our daughter, her former boss, now is a CFO of another company, came to visit our newborn and offered my wife a job.

They just have a relative or a child put it all in there name and move right back in.

Multifamily in my humble opinion is the poster child for overvalued real estate in this cycle.

I know I can do a 14-day notice, but the other side of me is that are a family with a young child and don't want them to go through stress. 

It's a family friend renting to an adult child so it doesn't need bells and whistles - I just promised I would find them something to reasonably suffice.Would so appreciate any assistance anyone could offer!

Could be as simple as an outstanding water bill or tax that goes into foreclosure etc  Some houses have federal liens against them or child support liens etc.
