Detroit is bouncing backand i did over 250 fundings there in the day and 248 of them worked.. so we still made bank as a A and D funder.. but those \last two were nightmares.. 

Also network with other more experienced investors that you can bounce ideas off of.

And that our modern markets tend to go from extreme to extreme and that means that it just might bounce back to $650K+ in 3 years.Don't you have homes in your market that seem like they could do this?
