Although we have spent about $2K in repairs as per her request (damage dishwasher, old fence with visible nails) these were due fixes.The way she sounds in her email is as if she is planning to stay long term, at least another year (he lease ends in 3 months).

Just curious if anyone has any first hand knowledge of legal or court decisions that hold whether installed appliances like Refrigerator, built in microwave, gas range, dishwasher would be considered "personal property" in a foreclosure situation.In other words, are they legal for the outgoing owner to strip from a home after a foreclosure auction.I know we could debate this, but I am looking for any actual legally tested situations you are aware of.Thanks

@Dawn Anastasi I can definitely see people having no issues with living in the property however many might...but with that being said what do religious beliefs have to do with it?

Think W/D hookups, dishwasher, small kitchen/countertop area, etc.

In mid-April, we had a clog and water leaked through the kitchen sink and dishwasher all over the kitchen.

I pumped gas; hawked peanuts on the boardwalk; did landscaping grunt work; restaurant dishwasher; prep cook; call center; private driver; golf course greens cutter; etc.
