@Greg Lindor,In some states, you may need to be licensed specifically as a property manager, which means there will be state-approved classes and a state-managed testing and licensure system.Lack of experience is less of an issue than lack of education / qualification.REI is the same way, really, as I'm sure you've discovered thru trial-and-error.Before you can add value, you need to have value to offer.
