If you submit a ticket it's going to take up to a week to get a response, so if you have an urgent request, I always suggest calling in or use their chat feature in the portal.   

State of IL just clarified that activity as brokering most other states agree .. its an enforcement issue.. just like speeding everyone does it and some of us get tickets for doing it.. just like some assignors get hauled in and have to hire lawyers and get fined and cease and desists..  

@Mike Koprowski I was not able to get tickets for Sunday before it sold out.

I am for cutting your loses before you need to put $5-10K into it for some of these big ticket repairs.While I think that the LO and owner finance route is not a predatory practice in and of itself, I do fall more on the side of most of the people advocating for that here are just trying to push off a bad investment on someone else.  

I've passed a ticket on to the team and we'll get to it soon.

I'm not saying all inspectors operate that way, but a good inspector will point out legitimate safety and big ticket items, but also let you know as a property owner what you need to be aware of going forward.

jmartin  is doing in CA this weekend many are flying in from all over the country .. many bought first class tickets are staying at the ST.
