I got nothing there, and I think it is a good state. .no state filing and landlord friendly.Hong Kong is a nice place, it wants to be hip but there are regular kale shortages.

I believe there is a shortage of rental apartments in Boston right now, so you shouldn't have trouble finding tenants especially for brand new construction, assuming the rents are within reason.     

When the current lease is up, you have something to either negotiate when you increase the rent or create an additional fee or pass thru cost equal to or greater than the cumulative  rent shortage + increase. 

Given material prices and labor shortages, right now is a tough time to start building new construction rentals.

There is a shortage of all workers, especially good workers. 

They pay well and there's a shortage in New Hampshire.

I don't know your market, but there's a real inventory shortage in most markets which is making it harder to do a 1031.

There is such a shortage of inventory that I don't see prices declining.
