These new foundations needed to be FEMA compliant (rebar reinforced block, flood vents, no living space in the "wet" basement, electrical outlets and wiring raised up, etc.)

I've done installs/replacements on a couple types of flooring, drywall, cabinetry, outlets, ceiling fans, toilets, showers, vanities, and faucets etc. 

There is an outlet near the window so I'm thinking the ideal product would be a temperature sensing vent fan.

How would I wire each unit and should I offer broadband via CAT5 outlet or wifi as well?

The businesses currently there are a Walmart and a Nike outlet as well as a chase bank and target.

This isn't your magical outlet, but instead an opportunity that requires daily discipline and focus.
