I was awarded a judgement and I don't expect to be paid.

Crystal,that could mean anything such as their waiting for the judgement or perhaps trying to determine taxes owed, etc.  

Even if you get a judgement that won't force them to pay you, you will have to go into collections mode to get your money. 

I've seen the properties and run title searches, and understand the open municipal obligations (tax, sewer etc), lien priority etc.My friend who is a professional title researcher mentioned that in addition to the county clerk's data I should also be checking Upper Court Judgements.  

I have several judgements I would  like to collect on.

It is unlikely I will be able to collect on a judgement.
