Look, Carlos, you and I can rattle off tickers and say "it's easy, just pickup some CRF, CLM, sell some covered calls and keep em where it's just accelerated income, reinvest but not on the drip because catching the highs you want the pre-drip lows, then do some put's with calls to insulate....." and the average person is now wondering if we are just scrambling random words or if they actually mean something......

He tells the pond due to settling joists he'd abate by using thick insulation that he tapers down, but that there still might be a puddle but it won't matter because PVC is so great.

They pound on the ceiling to get the tenants from upstairs to stop from essentially moving.I have listened to the noise you can hear it but I think that are exaggerating the situation but in fairness to them it’s annoying.Solution: Insulate the floor between units.Anyone ever had to do this before.
