Hi Fernando,The Texas, series LLC allows the investor the ability to compartmentalize each property into its own series or "cell" thus insulating each property from potential liability.

Everything seems to swimmingly: siding is up, fascia and soffits are in place, heating was setup, insulation was installed.

Look, Carlos, you and I can rattle off tickers and say "it's easy, just pickup some CRF, CLM, sell some covered calls and keep em where it's just accelerated income, reinvest but not on the drip because catching the highs you want the pre-drip lows, then do some put's with calls to insulate....." and the average person is now wondering if we are just scrambling random words or if they actually mean something...... 

Being the bank can be a good thing, and while property values matter, a loan with a conservative LTV will have insulation against market swings to a large degree.

The house was insulated, I was just upgrading it  to close cell polyurethane foam insulation.

They pound on the ceiling to get the tenants from upstairs to stop from essentially moving.I have listened to the noise you can hear it but I think that are exaggerating the situation but in fairness to them it’s annoying.Solution: Insulate the floor between units.Anyone ever had to do this before.  

It can be useful if the LLC is also an anonymous LLC to add another layer of insulation for you.
