Ask them for a sample settlement statement, which will disclose all their fees, points and interest rates.

Always ask the Auctioneer any questions in advance of bidding if something concerns you or have them email you a sample contract.

Not sure about Law Depot; it's only $7.99 a month so I'm almost scared off because it's so cheap; but I went through a few sample documents and they seem to be state-specific. 

Does anyone have sample language they are willing to share to secure a Personal Guarantee (PG) as further backup to 1st lien position in a private money loan?  

Or perhaps some sample owner financing offers?
