Had a quick question in regards to a tenant change.

So I took a quick look at Wister.insure.

They're in the process right now of doing video inspections for me on the homes, and they have been quick to inform me on any issues, etc. 

Robert Kiyosaki from "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" said that he ended up with 33,000 Apartments four years ago and was Selling Everything.

Would answer him quickly and make decisions for appliances, flooring, paint, etc.

I have an investor with a property that can go sub to, but is also priced for a quick flip.

We chose to go wide, buying 10 SFRs with 20% down, and then we used the debt snowball to accumulate rents and pay off the mortgages quickly.
