Need Property Management for 3 out of state rentals
My wife and I just inherited 3 rentals in Southern California, Lucerne Valley to be exact. We have no intentions of selling them as they are paid for and in a good location.
Here's the problem - we live in Arizona and are not interested in self-managing these properties from so far away.
Does anyone have good suggestions for property management in the Victor Valley area? I am not interested in using Bluestar as I have found nothing positive about them anywhere I have looked.

@Evan Bell Look up NARPM.org for property managers all over the untied states and by area. This is a professional organization of Residential Property Managers
