Are you comparing African American struggles to someone with excess body fat?

Here in California, I would always vote for a conservative Governor to offset the democratic legislative body.

A call to The Colorado Dept. of Regulatory Agency's, a complaint filled out and I soon had the renters $750 back!

I picked fruit, swept floors in a packaging facility, sanded cars in a body shop, worked on car engines, build dune buggies, rebuilt VW engines, built oil drilling derricks, built bailers, compactors, and dumpsters, welded ornamental iron, remodeled and build houses, garages, and commercial buildings.

I'm thinking about taking some organized group classes, though - like Les Mills Body Pump or some kind of boot camp.

A couple of google searches or phone calls to your State/Local regulatory agencies.

Those that read statutes (trying to find loopholes) probably haven't studied regulatory law or administrative law, which is much different than Perry Mason law.

Over the years I have learned to hire more and more things out because I either don't want to wear my body out doing it or I just don't want to do it.

If the association would lose the lawsuit, and it was not covered by their insurance, then the BOD is more likely to special assess each unit to resolve the debt.  

No body knows for sure...But for me, I would not put $500K down, and still lose $3000 a month after rental...Hence sitting on the side line now..The wait could be 2 years or 5 years or 10 years....
