So, in conclusion, “sub 2s” are really the last resort and only hope for the very distressed homeowner. 

Recently I listed a 4 bedroom/3 bath home near Old Town Scottsdale (with a resort-style backyard) that grossed $103,000 last year.· "Demand for new homes is falling and will continue to drop into this year’s third quarter, according to Belfiore Real Estate Consulting.

We also recently bought some land to build a vacation home in a great resort area a few hours from here. 

Is it a resort style place?

The Poconos have ski resorts, indoor waterparks, lots of lakes, cute small towns and lots of outdoor activities like white water rafting and hiking.

When I bought a vacation home in our local mountain ski resort area it was 2007 which we now know was the height of the market. 

Tell them that your eviction attorney is very good at what they do and that it is last resort.

Which means my local mail whether or not it is already sorted for local distribution is still trucked to a sorting center who resorts the mail already sorted to then truck it back to my local distribution center which then distributes it to the local annexes.  

.  ;-) They appear to be unable to take the hint, so I have now resorted to blocking their number.  

Out here in Utah we've had the same historic year and every ski resort has been packed to the gills more than ever before because all that snow has made it more desirable, not less, and everyone is equipped to deal w/ the snow.
