Higher end generally means the finishes...wood or engineered wood flooring, custom cabinets and vanities, pantries, tile or stone shower enclosures w/glass doors, vaulted ceilings, stone countertops, larger electric panel, more plumbing and electric fixtures and locations, better HVAC (Mini-splits?)

What attracts most people to Las Vegas (and other metros) is jobs.In a study I did in January, I looked at two major job sites (Monster and Glass Door) for the number of open jobs in Las Vegas.

I have noticed whilst driving around a small ground floor apartment, it appears to be unoccupied, blinds are closed and i can see mail piling up between the glass door panel and the curtain over the door.
