I'm currently in the middle of structuring an owner finance deal and after tackling that last issue, this one feels like a cake walk!

Our goal is to equally benefit in the equity return and tackle more properties in the future. 

I recently graduated North Central College in Naperville, IL and am so eager to tackle my 1st multifamily deal.

Also, i am tackling this deal from a no money down perspective because i know if i can get a good deal then the financing will be easy to come by. 

Today I received a new foreclosure alert from Tax_liens_dot_com Alerts, a.k.a. lists_dot_foreclosure_dot_com for a property that went under contract over two months ago.

Feels go to take the next step after tackling some big tasks starting out.  

I just don't yet have the funds or experience to tackle it myself, but much desire!

Look for active rehabbers and propose to them that if they have deals they can't tackle (either too busy, short on funds, etc) that you would be willing to buy it from them and they make a quick buck.
