We are creating private equity fund to pool capital to buy NPLs and we already did our Reg D filing but may not need to for subsequent funds if this is correctly assumed. 

Now, as you start, run and grow your new business, how do you intend to structure it so that it becomes an efficiently operating, thriving enterprise?

I feel that the GFC (and subsequent decline of property values) provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire good quality assets.I'm not looking for a quick profit (although if the opportunity presents itself, i wouldn't turn it down :p).

Most family size ranchers, have wives that work "town jobs" or have some other side enterprise. 

Proactively jetting the lines were much cheaper than having an emergency service call and the subsequent damage that could be caused by flooding toilets.

The problem is, with all this noise (literally thousands of aggregation and syndication sites), they are quickly becoming overwhelmed and subsequently hiring an agent to help them navigate the options.
