I’m the very fortunate position to have money to invest but not sure what to buy.

If you are seeking out asset accumulation and equity appreciation over the long term then there are certainly fortunes to be made.

I am fortunate enough to have a great team of boots on the ground in the neighborhood I am moving on.

For example, when you go to a fine dining restaurant, you get the psychological payoff of enjoying a good meal whereas the restaurant gets the financial payoff of charging you a small fortune.

You are fortunate to already be in the sweet spot - an area that has growing population and employment, but is not a focus of out of town investors.  

As for the umbrella, I have been fortunate enough to have tenants that I believe would not sue, but I definitely shouldn’t be so naive and make sure I have something.

Fortunately, the executive order allowed evictions in the "interests of justice", and the Courts also have equitable powers that allow them to permit evictions in "emergency" situations.

I heard it is available here; fortunately there has not been a need to know for sure(yet)!

We also have various other strong employers within the fortune 500.
