BP Family,

I need some help.

I’m the very fortunate position to have money to invest but not sure what to buy. I’m selling a rental that has about 100k in equity, and I’ll probably have another 30 or so to put down. I have been trying to find a great deal but not been having luck. Part of the problem is im not set on an area or asset class.

Really I’m just trying to find a great turnkey deal. Any advice?

How do you define a "great deal?" It's definitely a seller's market, but keep in mind that as soon as you purchase, you benefit from the seller's market. There are always deals to be found, but much of whether you find one or not depends on your expectations.
