I apologize if that was not clear, as I never mentioned how it was funded.I am actually currently utilizing a hard money lender in Horseshoe Bay, texas on my first ground-up SFH build, so I am fairly familiar with the option and process.My concern here is that I do not have the capital to float a hard money loan at the moment.
