It can be intimidating to see all the candle power on BP (but this is like the national all star team).

Both are rock stars in the business and the ones I always turn to for my education. 

It seems that J has a great grasp on that-- I imagine it helps having an in-house all star realtor who can get you in all the comps :)

Also, you may consider checking out PREIA (Peninsula Real Estate Investment Association)  if you are on the north side. 2nd Thursdays of the Month at Buffet Star on Mercury 6 PM-8 PM.

Oh, short term you say, well aparently you forgot our Gold Medalist Can-kicking All-Stars, because don't worry there will be a fairy tale of growing GDP out of it or blah-blah-blah, or, heck we'll just borrow MORE....

Question: how would cities such as Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Temple Terrace etc do as far as occupancy rate and popularity compared to Tampa proper?
