Investing in STR around Tampa?
Hi everyone
My husband and I are just starting out and getting into the game. We are from DC and want to invest in Tampa. We are ready to start looking and putting in offers.
Question: how would cities such as Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Temple Terrace etc do as far as occupancy rate and popularity compared to Tampa proper?

Luke Rorech is a great agent out that way, as well! He is with Copeland Morgan. It sounds like the Tampa area is very pocketed in terms of where overnight rentals are allowed and he can assist with pointing you in the right direction.
