Also Amanda's book "Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real estate Investor" published by BiggerPockets is a great resource.These resources might be a good place for you to start.

I did have a few extra questions regarding the condition of the property as well as how accurate the rents published on the listings were for the 3 units in the triplex.
