If you were an agent for a buyer, and knew the selling agent was representing someone else making an offer (because they would have to disclose that), would you feel comfortable giving them an offer, or would you wonder (whether you had cause or not) if the agent being privy to all the offers presented would influence their buyer to write an offer higher than others, etc.
